Agata has extensive experience in the area of circular economy closed, upcycling and the "waste to product" trend. Supports the largest companies in Poland and the frontier in terms of building sustainable and more circular brands and organizations. Expert in the UNEP-GRID Climate Leadership program. Lecturer at University postgraduate "CSR - Sustainable development in organizations" at the Leon University Kozminski in Warsaw. Founder and Managing Director of an innovative platform upcycling Dekoeko.com that helps implement functional consumer products made from 100% waste from companies. A graduate of the largest in Europe Startupbootcamp Commerce acceleration program in Amsterdam. Mentor of women Businesses. Passionate about zero waste, circular economy and ecology.

She graduated in International Management at the Cracow University of Economics, Management Human Resources at the Jagiellonian University, Psychology of Advertising at the University of Warsaw and the School of SAR Strategists brand strategy specialty. Holds a Bachelor's degree from the Dutch business university Avans Hogeschool.

She started her professional career at British American Tobacco. Co-created strategies marketing for such brands as Bakoma, Hoop Cola, Bols, Mixelectronics, Herbapol, Ernst&Young, Tymbark while working in advertising agencies in Krakow and Warsaw.

Agata's greatest professional achievements during the development of her own business can be pass: building an international upcycling platform with over 700 partners specializing in creating products from a variety of waste materials, large-scale implementation in Poland of waste upcycling methods in implemented projects for companies such as McDonald's, IKEA, Polpharma, Coca Cola, Castorama, Ergo Hestia, Accenture, BNP Paribas etc.

Initiator and co-founder of the Coalition for the Circular Economy "Reconomy". Finalist of TheNextWomen Pitch competition and European Women Challenge. Forbes ranked Deko Eko as one of the 60 most promising companies run by women in the world, and Wysokie Obcasy recognized Agata Frankiewicz as one of of "50 Daring Women 2018 changing the world for the better." Finalist of Business Women of the Year 2019 and one of the 50 Most Creative in Business 2020.
